New: Lauber Bulk Material Dryer L-ENZ with Heat Exchanger Bypass

Small 75 kW biogas plants can dry hay bales, grain or maize in conjunction with a L-ENZ and the new option "Heater Exchanger Bypass".

The installed high-performance radial fan generates the amount of air and pressure required for drying. The automatic adjustment of the damper flaps ensures

a defined heat utilisation which means only as much heat as available will be utilised by the L-ENZ dryer.

Large biogas plants with multiple CHP and flexible operating plans and therefore highly varying heat amounts reach a stepless heat utilisation in a wide heat range when operating a L-ENZ dryer equipped with a 3-way mixing valve and heat exchanger bypass. On-site buffer tanks can be considered smaller or even be omitted if the available heat surplus will be utilised with a L-ENZ.

Our control system upgrades allow maintenance and control of an on-site available buffer tank. Heat surplus and heat deficit can be recognized in time and fully automatically responded to accordingly.
